The Morgan County Clerk’s office has had more than 400 direct requests to their office from voters wanting an absentee ballot for the November 3 general election.
Voters can also file the ballot request through the West Virginia Secretary of State’s website, so the number of Morgan County ballot requests may be even higher, said County Clerk Kim Nickles on Monday.
