Christopher Michael Forney, age 44, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at his home.
Born September 29, 1976 in Manassas, Va., he was the son of Michael Francis Forney and his wife Millette of Luray, Va. and Debra Marie Rudasill Forney Walker and her husband Kenneth of McConnellsburg, Pa.
He was of the Baptist faith.
Chris was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School and earned his associate’s degree in applied science.
He most recently worked in various positions at large warehouse operations.
He loved music and earned the following college certificates, Ethics in the Workplace Seminar, the National Deans List, the Resume Business Seminar, and the Alpha Sigma Pi Award.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Kameran Marie Hayes of Cumberland, Md.; two sisters, Kimberly Marie Forney and her partner Wesley Zirkle of Hancock, Md. and Melissa Dawn Waugh and her husband Michael of Berkeley Springs; two brothers, Sean Anthony Forney and his wife Jackie and Gregory Lewis Forney and his partner Amber Young, all of Berkeley Springs; seven nieces, nine nephews and one great niece.
Services and interment will be private.
