Carmen F. Mascarenhas

Carmen Freda Mascarenhas, 89, of Berkeley Springs, formerly of Brazil died Friday, July 24, 2020 at her home while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle.
Born July 15, 1931 in Pelotas, R.S. Brazil, she was the daughter of the late Vicente Freda and Geny Rodrigues Freda.
She was a Catholic. She was a homemaker. She liked sewing.
She is survived by one daughter, Maritza Mascarenhas Sadowsky, Berkeley Springs; one son, Helzio Livio Freda Mascarenhas, Brasilia, D.F.; three grandchildren, Thiago de Mello Paura Mascarenhas, Sao Paulo, S.P., Livia Martins Freda Mascarenhas, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Solune Oceanne Sadowsky, Berkeley Springs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Helio Lima Mascarenhas.
Services and burial will be private.
