Brian D.  Kesecker, Sr.

1957-2018

Brian D. Kesecker, Sr., 60, of Berkeley Springs, died Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility in Kearneysville.

Born July 9, 1957 in Martinsburg, he was the son of the late Bernard Mack and Ethel Lorena Barnhart Kesecker.

He was a member of Warm Springs Bapist Church.

He was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School.

He owned and operated Kesecker’s Quality Construction, a builder of custom homes; he worked with George R. Smalley Contractors of Hopewood, Pa.

He liked hunting, fishing, auctions and flea markets.

Surviving are his wife of 41 years, Patsy LaFaun Kerns Kesecker, at home; one son, Brian Kesecker, Jr., Odenton, Md.; four sisters, Marsha Waugh, Berkeley Springs, Susan Rickard and Donna Kesecker, both of Hedgesville and Lorie Kesecker, Blountsville, Fla.; two brothers, Bernard Kesecker, Jr., Hedgesville and Timothy Kesecker, Berkeley Springs and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Dennis Kesecker.

Funeral services were conducted Sunday, June 24 at Warm Springs Baptist Church, Berkeley Springs. Rev. Robert Burton officiated.

Interment was in Spohrs Crossroads Cemetery.
