Blanche Jeanette McCarty, age 94, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at her home, while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle.
Born October 5, 1926 in Morgan County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Charles Wesley and Ottie Blanche Shade Michael.
