Amanda Elaine “Lil Tubba” Edwards, age 33, of Hancock, Md., died on Friday, December 25, 2020 in Eureka, Calif.

Born September 11, 1987 at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pa., she was the daughter of George Allen Edwards of Springfield, W.Va. and Elaine Bishop Cochran of Hancock, Md.

She was of the Pentecostal faith.

Amanda was a graduate of Hancock High School and worked as a waitress/cashier at McDonalds in Hagerstown, Md.

She adored animals and loved to ride horses.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two daughters, Alayah McCullough and Xavah McCullough, both of Charlotte, N.C.; her twin sister, Sabrina Edwards of Everett, Pa.; three sisters, Holly Travis and Jennifer Strait, both of Warfordsburg, Pa. and Katie Edwards of Port Ritchey, Fla. and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Kristy Straub and her grandmother, Ada Walls.

Graveside funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 14253 Exline Road, Hancock, Md. where the family received friends from 1-2 p.m. Pastor Jack Hiles, Jr. officiated.

In lieu of flowers donations to help defray funeral expenses may be made directly to Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home.
