Hancock to be one of multiple county COVID walk-up test sites

Washington County Health Department has launched mobile testing sites throughout Washington County. Testing at these sites are free and residents do not need a doctor’s referral or an appointment to be tested.

All testing sites will operate from 9  a.m. to 12 noon unless indicated differently.

Wednesday, October 14: Christ’s Reformed Church, 17012 Alcott Rd, Hagerstown, MD 21740

Friday, October 16: Keedysville Library, 22 Taylor Dr, Keedysville, MD 21756

Monday, October 19: Hagerstown Fire Dept – rear parking lot, 25 Church St, Hagerstown, MD 21740

Wednesday, October 21: St. Mark’s Lutheran Church (parking lot across the street), 601 Washington Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21740

Friday, October 23: Hancock Town Hall, 126 W High St, Hancock, MD 21750

Monday, October 26: Hagerstown Fire Dept – rear parking lot, 25 Church St, Hagerstown, MD 21740

Wednesday, October 28: University Plaza, 50 W Washington St, Hagerstown, MD 21740

Getting test results

It takes approximately 48 hours from the time of a visit to a testing site to the time a test result is available and ready for viewing.

Those who get tested will be directed how to find their results online.

    Will this test tell if you have had Covid or just if actively infected ?

      Currently infected. Not an antibody test.
