Jenny Elizabeth duCellier and Jason Nathanael Waugh of Berkeley Springs announce the birth of their daughter, Aubree Kathleen Waugh weighing 8 lbs. 6 ozs. at City Hospital, Martinsburg on July 12, 2012. Maternal grandparents are Vincent and Toby duCellier, Parkersburg. Paternal grandparents are Randy and Marsha Waugh, Berkeley Springs. Sibling at home is Alexzander Waugh.
