Children led to violence?

Dear Editor:
It appears to me that the violent video games touted as “fun” are now playing out in real life, with terrible consequences.

While the connection hasn’t yet been made for the Aurora shooter, it wouldn’t be at all surprising to learn that he had been involved with first-person shooter games.

Are parents really aware of what children are seeing and doing, and how it could affect them — and us — in the future?

Take the time to check. You may be surprised and shocked at the graphic violence of some of the video games.
