Katie Arnette Straight, 28, of Quince Tree Drive, Martinsburg, was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail and ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages with a minor in the vehicle.

Betty Virginia Brown, 32, of Central Avenue, Great Cacapon, was ordered to pay $466 fine, fees and restitution for shoplifting.
