Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Bowman, Sr., of Needmore, Pa. announce the engagement of their daughter Bobbie Jo “BJ” Bowman to Melvin “Geno” Miller III, both of Berkeley Springs. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Watts, Sr. of Berkeley Springs and the late Melvin Miller.
She is a 2000 graduate of Southern Fulton Jr. Sr. High School. She is employed by the Potomac Center in Hagerstown, Md. as a CNA.
He is a 1997 graduate of Berkeley Springs High School. He is employed by Roys Service Center, Berkeley Springs as a mechanic.
An August 2012 wedding is planned.
