Timothy Marlin McFadden, Jr., 37, of Strait Way Drive, McConnellsburg, Pa. was sentenced to six months and a day in jail for petit larceny and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He must also pay $2,128 in restitution & court fees.

Dearl D. Smalley, 35, of Apple Blossom Lane, Harrisonville, Pa. was sentenced to 60 days in jail and ordered to pay $166 fees for petit larceny.

Ashley Marie Hewett, 24, of Copperline Trail, Great Cacapon, was placed on six months probation and ordered to work 180 hours of community service, plus pay $191 fees, for possession of a controlled substance.

Lorrie Ann Campbell, 45, of Gerrardstown was placed on two years probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Andela M. Comega, 43, of Fulton Road, Hedgesville, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Toby Lynn Cross, 20, of Berkeley Springs was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Bradley S. Duckwall, 26, of Oriental Circle, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $532 in fines & fees for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Anthony Joseph Lafollette, 18, of Whitetail Drive, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $342 fines & fees for defective equipment and having an expired operator’s license.

Karen Loretta Glotfelty, 52, of Holland Street, Cumberland, Md. was ordered to pay $291 fine & fees for assault.

Nathan Tyler Turner, 18, of Hedgesville was ordered to pay $276 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages while under age 21.

Charlie Ray Bayles, 21, of Shadow Valley Farm Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $266 fine & fees for driving while his license was suspended.

Darlene Sue Waugh, 51, of Biser Street, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $251 in fine, restitution and fees for shoplifting.

Walter Brent Cain, 58, of Wilkes Street, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $171 fine & fees for public intoxication.

Jesse Ryan Cain, 28, of Virginia Street, Charleston, was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail and placed on a year’s probation for domestic battery. He must also pay $191 court fees, cannot have contact with the victim, and may not possess firearms for the rest of his life.

Misty Dawn Clingerman, 32, of Jim West Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $345 fine & fees for shoplifting, second offense.

Lauren E. Whittington, 18, of Berkeley Springs was ordered to pay $216 fine & fees for failure to attend school.
