Free sports physicals offered for students

War Memorial Hospital and local physicians will be offering free sports physicals for Morgan County students.

The sports physicals will be available on Monday, July 9 and Friday, July 27, from 5-7:30 p.m. at the War Memorial Hospital Medical Office Building at 1 Healthy Way (off of Fairview Drive). Registration will begin at 4:30 p.m. The service is open to all Morgan County students through the 12th grade who are participating in sports.

Students must have an athletic participation/parental consent form completed and signed by a parent or guardian prior to receiving a physical. Athletic participation/parental consent forms can be picked up at the main office at Berkeley Springs High School or at the patient registration area at War Memorial Hospital.
