Pamela Suzanne Farmer, 35, of Deer Hill Court, Stephens City, Va. was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and placed on a year’s probation for destruction of property. She must also pay $191 fees.

Philip J. Rakers, 38, of Birch Lane, Maryville, Illinois was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and placed on a year’s probation for possession of a controlled substance. He must also pay $166 fees.

David Keith Bawgus, 48, of Great Cacapon was ordered to pay $632 fine & fees for driving while his license was suspended and having no insurance.
