Nuisance to Rt. 9 community

Dear Editor:
This is an open letter written especially for those who live in the Martinsburg Road area of Spohrs Cross Roads, on Harmison Lane, Spohrs Road and Potomac Road; to members of Spohrs Cross Roads Community Center and Mt. Zion United Methodist Church; to anyone who may have family and friends buried in Spohrs Cross Roads Cemetery; or anyone who objects to animal control being located in Spohrs Cross Roads.

Please call or write the Morgan County Commissioners and tell them to close the kennels and move them out of the community. We can no longer allow it to ruin our homes, meetings and celebrations at the community center, a place of worship, and for those saying their final goodbyes or visiting graves of loved ones.

Let them know that these kennels are no longer acceptable in the Spohrs Cross Roads community. This has become a public nuisance to the community.
