Robin Fleegle of Berkeley Springs and Philip and Kelly Hofe of Great Cacapon, announce the engagement of their daughter Abby Michele Hofe to Kevin Glenn Harvey, son of Shirley and Glenn Harvey of Great Cacapon.
She is a 2001 graduate of Berkeley Springs High School. She is employed by the Morgan County Commission as an office deputy.
He is a 1999 graduate of Berkeley Springs High School. He is employed by Napa Auto Parts as an outside sales representative.
An August 2012 wedding is planned at the home of her father in Great Cacapon.
