Kay M. Litten

Kay M. Clark Litten, 73 of Berkeley Springs passed away Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Care Center in Winchester, Va.

Born February 26, 1939 in Morgan County, she was the daughter of the late James W. Clark and Viola Fredman Clark.

She was a retired masseuse from Berkeley Springs State Park with 25 years service.

She was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church.

She was married on November 21, 1953 to Carl L. (Red) Litten, who preceded her in death August 31, 2005.

She is survived by her son Ricky J. Litten and wife Pamela, of Berkeley Springs, her daughter Brenda L. Kershaw, of Berkeley Springs, two former daughters-in-law, Brenda Feltner of Berkeley Springs and Lorraine Litten of Albany, New York, one former son-in-law Steve Weber of Berkeley Springs, one brother-in-law Raymond Litten of Cherry Run, six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and one estranged son, Scott L. Litten.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, George Esten Clark, James Robert Clark and Jack Dennis Clark.

There was a memorial service at Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home on Monday, June 11 at 2 p.m.

The family received friends one hour prior to the service. The service was officiated by Revs. Ian Grant Sponge, Frankie Revell and Dennis Rhoe. Friends gathered at Wesley Chapel after the service.

Arrangements were by Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 36 S. Green Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
