Recent sentences from Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:

The felony case against Joseph William Fields, 22, of Thorn Ridge Lane, Berkeley Springs, was sent on to Morgan County Circuit Court after probable cause was found to hold Fields on a charge of wanton endangerment.

The felony case against Gerald Lynn Roberts, 44, of Black Bear Road, Needmore, Pa. was sent on to Morgan County Circuit Court after Roberts waived a preliminary hearing on the forgery charge.

Lawrence Paul Lamb, 57, of Roberts Drive, Martinsburg, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay $516 fine & court fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
Michael Lebrone Tucker, Jr., 24, of Chatahel Street, Detroit, Michigan was given credit for time served and ordered to pay $166 fees for possession of a controlled substance. Tucker also forfeited the $68 he had when arrested.

Nathan Patrick Weaver, 25, of Windsor Drive, Hagerstown, was ordered to pay $341 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Weldon Thomas Ryan, 23, of Murphy Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $291 in fine & fees, plus $50 restitution, for shoplifting.

Daniel Patrick West, 20, of Sawtooth Drive, Stephenson, Va. was ordered to pay $329 fine & fees for underage consumption of alcohol.

Doug Schaeffer of Stillhouse Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $216 fine & fees for failure to send a child to school.

Aubrey Lynne Hoffman, 18, of Amberwood Road, Great Cacapon, was ordered to pay $216 fine & fees for failing to attend school.
