Virginia M. Good

Virginia Mae Good, 84, of Westminster, Md., died June 1, 2012 at Carroll Hospice’s Dove House.
Born January 5, 1928 in Berkeley Springs, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Sallie Fleece Bageant.

She was the wife of Maurice E. Good, whom she married March 5, 1949.

She had been a registered nurse in her early years, then a homemaker.

She was a graduate of City Hospital in Martinsburg, which is now a division of West Virginia University.

She liked animals, reading and flower gardens.

She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband is one son, Michael E. Good, Westminster; one sister, Emmajean Checchio, Trenton, Mich. and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held today, Wednesday, June 6 at 10 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, 21 Carroll St., Westminster with her pastor, Rev. Kevin Clemenston officiating. Graveside services 1:30 p.m. in Brownsville Cemetery in Brownsville, Md.
