The case against Gregory Bryan, 23, of Martinsburg Road, Berkeley Springs, was sent on to Morgan County Circuit Court after probable cause was found to hold him on a destruction-of-property felony charge.

Jimmy Wayne Wills, 26, of North Washington Street, Berkeley Springs, was placed on 90-day pretrial diversion and ordered to pay $191 court fees for domestic battery. Under pretrial diversion, he will have to serve 90 days in jail and will be prohibited from owning firearms for life if he violates the law in the next 90 days.

Susan J. Weber, 33, of Martinsburg Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $382 in fines & fees for reckless driving and speeding. The reckless driving charge was pled down from DUI.

Laurie Metzner-Fischer, 66, of Great Cacapon was ordered to pay $591 fine & fees for reckless driving. The charge was reduced from driving under the influence, with injury.
