Joy M. Lafollette, 36, of Whitetail Drive, Berkeley Springs must serve four months in jail with work release and pay $165.80 in fines and fees for possession of marijuana.
Jason Maslauskas, 32, of Coyote Lane, Berkeley Springs was ordered to serve 90 days in jail and pay $190.80 in fines and fees for petit larceny.
Timothy Harris, 37, of Maple Heights, Ohio was ordered to pay $240.80 in fines and fees for passing on a double yellow line.
David A. Johns, 39, of Remington Lane, Hedgesville was ordered to serve 90 days in jail and pay $190.80 in fines and fees for possession of less than 15 grams of heroin. His jail sentences was suspended for one year probation and participation in the day report center.
Patrick J. Burton, 44, of Sunridge Road, Hedgesville was ordered to serve six months in jail and pay $190.80 in fines and fees for domestic battery. His sentence was suspended for one year probation and completion of a counseling program.
David M. Hann, 47, of Lantern Lane, Berkeley Springs was ordered to pay $175.80 in fines and fees for speeding.

John David Robinson, Jr., 23, of Great Cacapon was ordered to serve 90 days in jail and pay $90.80 in fines and fees for domestic battery. His jail sentence was suspended for one year of unsupervised probation and the completion of a counseling program.
Chad M. Harner, 23, of Harrison Avenue, Berkeley Springs was orderd to pay $190.80 in fines and fees, complete 100 hours of community service and one year of unsupervised probation for making false statements to a police officer.
