First annual watershed meeting

The first annual meeting of the Warm Springs Watershed Association will be held on Thursday, April 26, at the Board of Education building at 247 Harrison Avenue, Town of Bath. The business part of the meeting starts at 6:30 p.m.

The acting board of the WSWA has voted to seek 501c3 tax exemption status for the organization. In addition to adopting by-laws, an official Board of Directors will be elected to lead the WSWA.

The slate for the 10-member Board of Directors consists of the following individuals:
Norman Dean, Stacy Dugan, Betty Harmison, Susan Jones, Andy Jurick, Kate Lehman, Larry Lower, Jim Price, Rebecca MacLeod and Andy Swaim.

In order to vote on both actions, it is necessary to have paid dues during the 2012 fiscal year, which began on January 1.
