Diamond Battle

The second Berkeley Springs Baseball Diamond Battle will be held Saturday, April 21, at the high school field.

Food will be provided to the players by Bob’s Big Beef and be available to purchase by spectators. Games, prizes, giveaways are also on the schedule for the afternoon.

Each team will be awarded a tournament plaque depending on how they finish – champions, championship runner-up, consolation champion, consolation runner-up. There will be an all-tournament team consisting of nine players selected, two players from each team with a ninth player being named Most Valuable Player. There will also be a coach's fungo competition.

Teams will be allotted 10 minutes for infield and outfield practice before the start of each game.
There will be an indoor and outdoor batting cage available for use at all-times and sock nets and tees available for soft toss and tee drills.
