Home stretch for tennis
April 20, 2012
Berkeley Springs High School only played one tennis match over spring break. The girls fell 7-0, while the boys lost 6-1 to Hedgesville, with Brian Close (#2 singles) scoring the lone point.
With only five matches remaining in the regular season, Indian Coach Neil Heard is hoping for a good ending.
"I am really looking forward to having all of our players back from travel and injury, and hoping for a strong finish over the next couple of weeks," Heard said.
Berkeley Springs will be at Clear Spring today, April 18, and at St. Maria Goretti on Friday, April 20.
