Supper Club at Adventist Church

Foods rich in antioxidants to boost the immune system will be featured at the Berkeley Springs Seventh-day Adventist Church’s monthly Supper Club on Tuesday, March 20, from 6-8 p.m., according to Lisa Shingleton, health ministries coordinator. The church is located at 3606 Valley Road (Highway 522 South).

In addition to the free supper meal and recipes, Darlene Cyr, R.N., will give a presentation entitled “Cancer: What’s Eating You?” emphasizing cancer prevention through nutrition and lifestyle. Door prizes will also be awarded.
