Improv acting at Ice House

The second session of adult acting classes at the Ice House in Berkeley Springs teaching improvisational techniques is scheduled for Saturdays, March 17 and 24 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Professional actress Jill Klein Rone of the New World Theater Company is directing the class which is open to adults and older teens. No experience is necessary. A recital/performance is scheduled for Sunday, March 25, 4-5 p.m. at the Ice House. The recital includes students from both classes.

The two session series was planned to fit into busy schedules said Klein Rone.

Rone has been a principal in the touring New World Theater Company for more than 30 years and often produces and performs murder mysteries in the region. Recently, she’s taught afterschool theater classes for the Morgan Arts Council.
