Recent sentences by Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:
Brad Shaw, 35, of Sherrill Lane, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail and placed on a year’s probation for destruction of property. He must also pay $166 court fees.
Jason Dale Shoemaker, 28, of Jimstown Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $251 fine & fees for shoplifting.
