Injured deer at intersection of Waugh Road and Rt. 13.
Investigation of alleged sexual assault of a minor.

Arrest of Craig M. Lord, 33, for fraud.
Assisted Berkeley Springs Police Department with traffic stop. Firearm located.
Alarm at Food Lion. Door unsecured. All clear.
Unwanted person, Amelia Street in Paw Paw.
Arrest of Betsy R. Colwell, 23, for forgery.
Report of witness intimidation.

Domestic dispute at Bowlerama. Male subject gone upon officer’s arrival. Later located no action needed.

Arrest of Stephanie K. McIntire, 41, on capias warrant.
Arrest of Donald D. Bradley, 23, on capias warrant.

Domestic disturbance, Luther Michael Road, verbal.
Single vehicle crash, Rt. 9 East, one injury.
Arrest of Scott A. Mullen, 37, for driving suspended.
Arrest of Steven C. Henry, 38, for failure to appear.
Arrest of Harold J. Riggleman III, 22, for driving suspended 2nd offense.
For the week of January 22-28, also issued 11 traffic citations, 32 traffic warnings, served 52 civil papers and responded to 48 calls not requiring a report.
