January 22
Attempted larceny of log splitter on S. Laurel Avenue.
Intoxicated male VFW parking lot. Transported.
Single vehicle crash, Martinsburg Road. No injuries.
Attempted burglary, Foggy Bottom Lane.
Landlord/tenant dispute. Myers Road.
Report of man walking on roadway near Panorama. Secure.

January 23
Execution of search warrant. Hobday Court.
Investigation of child pornography complaint.
Larceny report. Pious Ridge.
Injured deer at intersection of Waugh Road and Rt. 13.
Investigation of alleged sexual assault of a minor.

January 24
Telephone harassment complaint.
EMS assisted. Central Avenue.
911 disconnect, juvenile misusing phone.
Arrest of Craig M. Lord, 33, for fraud.
Assisted Berkeley Springs Police Department with traffic stop. Firearm located.
Alarm at Food Lion. Door unsecured. All clear.
Unwanted person, Amelia Street in Paw Paw.

January 25
Arrest of Betsy R. Colwell, 23, for forgery.
Report of witness intimidation.
911 hang up, Cacapon Road. Phone line problem.
Welfare check, Cold Run Valley Road, secure.
Alarm, Rockford Road, secure.

January 26
Domestic dispute at Bowlerama. Male subject gone upon officer’s arrival. Later located no action needed.
Complaint of identity theft.
Injured deer near Greenwood Elementary.
Report of petit larceny at Best Western.
Two vehicle crash, Valley Road. No injuries.
Larceny complaint. American Legion.
Single vehicle crash, no injuries.

January 27
Attempted burglary, Songbird Lane.
Court ordered keep the peace stand-by on Kimber Court.
Burglary, New Hope Road.
Domestic disturbance, South Washington Street.
Alarm at Warm Springs Baptist Church. Secure.
Arrest of Stephanie K. McIntire, 41, on capias warrant.
Arrest of Donald D. Bradley, 23, on capias warrant.
Burglary, Sphors Road.
Domestic disturbance, Luther Michael Road, verbal.

January 28
Single vehicle crash, Rt. 9 East, one injury.
Arrest of Scott A. Mullen, 37, for driving suspended.
Arrest of Steven C. Henry, 38, for failure to appear.
Arrest of Harold J. Riggleman III, 22, for driving suspended 2nd offense.
For the week of January 22-28, also issued 11 traffic citations, 32 traffic warnings, served 52 civil papers and responded to 48 calls not requiring a report.
