Recent sentences by Magistrate Greg Miller:
Robert Allen Woods, 40, of Appomattox Drive, Martinsburg, was sentenced to six months and a day in jail and ordered to pay $191 court fees for domestic battery.

James Ryan Yost, 36, of Sandmine Road, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages, second offense.

Thomas G. Whittaker, Jr., 49, of South Washington Street, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay $191 fees for battery on an officer.

Billy Joe Mauck, 43, of Paw Paw, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay $752 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages and driving while his license was suspended for DUI.

William George Miller, 41, of Woodmont Road, Great Cacapon, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages, second offense.

Harry Joseph McMahon III, 37, of Michael’s Chapel Road, Hedgesville, was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail and placed on two years probation for domestic assault. He must also work 10 days of community service and pay $190 court fees. In addition, McMahon must pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Jason Clayton Harley, 35, of Wollen Mill Road, Albright, was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail for possession of a controlled substance. He was placed on a year’s probation and must pay $191 fees. Harley was also ordered to pay $391 fine & fees for driving without insurance.

Jacob Richard Freels, 21, of Happy Valley Circle, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail and placed on a year’s probation, plus ordered to pay $191 fees, for unlawful detention.

Christie Lee Munson, 34, of Corbett Street, Hagerstown, was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and placed on a year’s probation for domestic battery. Munson must also pay $191 fees.

Sterling Warren Wills, 20, of Harrison Avenue, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to a day in jail and ordered to pay $534 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages with injury.

Paula Christine Colonna, 21, of Valley Dale Lane, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to a day in jail and ordered to pay $509 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Michael Wayne Burnett, 54, of Clone Run Road, Hedgesville, was ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
Janet Beth Holt, 43, of West Ridge Drive, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
Brandy Renee Schetrompf, 38, of Stoneybreak Road, Warfordsburg, Pa. was ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Daniel Edward Smith, 45, of Hollow Road, Hancock, Md. was ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Robert Clayton Curtain, 21, of Catawba Drive, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $391 fine & fees for driving with no proof of insurance.

George Robert Butler, 45, of Lakeside Drive, Frederick, Md. was ordered to pay $221 court costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Eric Andrew Hoffman, 35, of Quaint Acres Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $221 court costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Natalie Diane Miller, 39, of Lappans Road, Fairplay, Md. was ordered to pay $221 court costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Charles Eric Weaver, 23, of Magnolia Road, Paw Paw, was ordered to pay $221 court costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Mark Bradley Roberts, 34, of Fairview Drive, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $186 fine & fees for shooting within 500 ft. of a dwelling.

Gregory Lynn Brechbill, Jr., 26, of West Salisbury Street, Williamsport, Md. was sentenced to a year in jail – all but six months and a day were suspended – for petit larceny. He must pay $191 court fees and will be on a year’s probation after his release.

Jessica Jordana Estes, 30, of Robs Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $291 fine & fees for driving while her license was suspended.
