December 4

Destruction of property complaint at Panorama at the Peak.
Telephone harassment report.
Investigation of subject for leaving the scene of accident on Johnson Mill Road, multiple citations issued.
Call to fight in Paw Paw, subjects gone on arrival.
Noise complaint in Paw Paw.
Burglar alarm on Princess Drive.
December 5
Property dispute Touch-down Alley.
Arrest of Robert Woods, subject showed up for court intoxicated, bond revoked.
Report of identity theft.
December 6
Alarm on Johnson Mill Road.
Single vehicle accident Winchester Grade Road, one injured.
Arrest of Michael Vaughn for probabtion revocation.
Larceny complaint taken at station.
Alarm on Johnson Mill Road.
Arrest of Patrick Drury for grand larceny.
Arrest of Kyle Harr for domestic battery, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
Investigation of breaking and entering on Spring Street.
Arrest of Greg Brechbill for failure to appear.

Executed search warrent for stolen property at Scrap Brothers in Paw Paw, recovered stolen trailer.
Call for domestic dispute, Valley Road.
Investigation of open door at Berkeley Springs High School, all secure.
December 8
Two vehicle accident on Cacapon Road, no injuries.
Burglary on Virginia Line Road.
Assisted parole officer with home checks.
Recovery of marijuana plants on Orleans Road, charges pending.
Alarm on Gaither Road.
Protective order served at Berkeley Springs High School.
Arrest of juvenile on bench warrant.
December 9
Injured deer on Route 9 E.
Two vehicle accident on South Washington Street, one injury.
Welfare check on elderly female on Independence Street.
Domestic dispute, Nicole Lane.
Suspicious person Tara Drive, subject contacted, all secure.
Assisted fire and EMS personnel with water rescue on Powerhouse Road in Great Cacapon.
December 10
Assisted Berkeley Springs Police Department with domestic dispute.
Civil dispute on Martins-burg Road between mechanic and customer over bill.
Report of theft from Medic Co. 7.
For the week of December 4-December 10 issued 20 traffic citations, 22 traffic warnings, 32 papers served and responded to 37 other calls.
