Michael Joe Duvall, 31, of Martinsburg Road, Berkeley Springs, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $191 court fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Dorlinda Martin Fleece, 38, of Cold Run Valley Road, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of five days in jail for petit larceny. She also must work 40 hours of community service and pay $100 restitution and $191 fees.

Andrew Jeffrey Hovermale, 21, of Highland Ridge Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $441 fine & fees for attempting to defeat a drug screening test.

William Joseph Kloster, 49, of Rockford Road, Great Cacapon, was ordered to pay $291 fine & fees for leaving the scene of an accident.
