Cyrus Meade, 20, of North Washington Street, Berkeley Springs plead guilty to shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance, possession of prescription pills and was ordered to pay $372 fine & costs and placed on probation for six months.

Fred Stillions, Jr., 43, of Greenway Drive, Berkeley Springs was ordered to pay $55 fine & costs for possession and placed on probation for six months.
