Defeat zoning

Dear Editor:

When I consider the County Commissioner’s proposed zoning restrictions, I am reminded of my introduction to Marine recruit training just prior to the Vietnam adventure:

“Listen up. Starting today we will begin taking away every right you ever had. From time to time, depending on your behavior, some of these rights will be returned to you and they will be called ‘privileges.’”
Stay free. Vote against zoning on November 2.
