Warren T. Cowles, Jr.

Warren Tribble Cowles, Jr., 54, of Berkeley Springs, died Saturday, August 7, 2010 at War Memorial Hospital in Berkeley Sprngs.

Born October 11, 1955 in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late Warren T. Cowles and Janet M. Cowles.

He was a 1975 graduate of Fairfax High School in Fairfax, Va. He was a trained small engine repair mechanic and a 1981 graduate from the West Virginia Rehabilitation Center for Vocational Education.

He is survived by four brothers, Mark L. Cowles, Derrick E. Cowles, Daryl E. Cowles and Justin J. Cowles, all of Berkeley Springs; five sisters, Diane L. Rivenburg, Locust Grove, Va., Donna L. Shetley, Linden, Va., Wanda J. Moffett, Demorest, Ga., Anna M. Cowles, Front Royal, Va. and Tina L. Busbani, West Alexander, Pa. and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bob and Lucille Crawford and maternal grandmother Mabel Sprinkle.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 14 at Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home with Chaplin Doug Knupp officiating. Interment will be in the Greenwood UMC Cemetery at Unger.

The family will receive friends at 10 a.m.on Saturday prior to the memorial service at the funeral home.
