Town of Bath Police Report

Town of Bath Chief C.A. Pearrell reported these recent calls:

July 12
Responded to an alarm at the probation office. False alarm, all okay.
Took an accident report of a hit and run at Congress Street that occurred on Saturday, July 10.

July 13
Served an arrest warrant from Washington County, Md. at 221 North Washington Street. One adult male arrested and transported to Eastern Regional Jail.

July 14
Responded to a report of a fight at 7-Eleven. Subjects gone upon arrival.
Assisted West Virginia State Police with a disturbance at New Hope Road.
Responded to a report of a fight at the state park. Subjects gone upon arrival.

July 15
Assisted West Virginia State Police with a report of an assault at BSVFD carnival.
Responded to a vehicle accident at Sheetz.
Assisted with a lookout for a possible reckless driver. Negative contact.

July 16
Responded to a parking complaint at state park. Driver was asked to move.
Responded to a complaint of a dog left in a vehicle parked at Francis Asbury Church parking lot. Owner located and dog removed from vehicle.

July 17
Assisted with a lookout for a possible reckless driver. Negative contact.
