Recent sentences by Magistrate Greg Miller:

Joshua Stephen Fox, 25, of Poole Road, Hedgesville, was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay $245 court fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages, second offense. He was also placed on six months probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Donald J. Collins, 20, of North Washington Street, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and placed on a year’s probation for destruction of property. He must also pay $165 fees.

Brandon Shane Palmer, 19, of Mawani Terrace, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and placed on six months probation for brandishing a deadly weapon. He must also pay $190 fees.

James Philip Sprouse, 29, of Morgan Manor Lane, Berkeley Springs, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $530 in fines & fees for possession of a controlled substance and driving with no proof of insurance.

Jessica Leigh Taylor, 24, of Duane Lane, Berkeley Springs, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $165 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Bradley Garrett Shambaugh, 19, of Broadway Street, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $774 in fines & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages and speeding.

Will Stouffer, 20, of Alpine Road, Warfordsburg, Pa. was ordered to pay $550 restitution & fees for battery.

Gregory Lewis Forney, 22, of Wilkes Street, Berkeley Springs was ordered to pay $290 fine & fees for trespassing.

Randy J. Harris, 30, of Walts Way, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and placed on a year’s probation, during which he must work 180 hours of community service, for destruction of property. He must also pay $2,270 restitution.
