Jack D. Holbert

1958-2010

Jack Douglas Holbert, 51, of Hedgesville, died Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.

Born October 15, 1958 in Morgantown, he was the son of Kathleen G. Burnside Holbert, Hedgesville and the late Lester Bearl Holbert.

He operated Jack Holbert’s Home Improvement Company for the last 23 years.

He was of the Protestant faith and was an avid fisherman.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife, Lisa Marie Bagent Holbert; one daughter, Stephany Marie Holbert, Hedgesville; two sons, Jack D. Holbert, Jr. and Jimmy B. Holbert, both of Hedgesville; one sister, Patsy J. Quick, Hedgesville; two grandchildren, Anthony Michael and Madison Ann Holbert and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted Monday, June 28 by Ronald E. Quick at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, Berkeley Springs.

Burial at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
