Town of Bath Chief C.A. Pearrell reported these recent calls:
June 21
Responded to the State Park for a complaint of a disorderly juvenile. Spoke with subject regarding foul language.
June 22
Responded to a panic alarm at 33 West Fairfax Street. Alarm tripped accidently, all secure.
Spoke with the resident at 288 Independance Street regarding overgrown vegetation and accumulation of trash and rubbish.
Spoke with subject at Pratt Street regarding the dumping of rubbish and trash bags along First Church Street.
Welfare check at 99 North Green Street. Subject refused medical assistance.
Responded to a report of an intoxicated person at Greenway Drive. Subject advised of options.
June 23
Vehicle lockout at Roy’s Service Center parking lot.
Responded to a report of a fight at the State Park. All parties advised of options. Assisted by the Sheriff’s Department.
Responded to a two vehicle involving a county vehicle. Turned over to West Virginia State Police.
June 25
Responded to a report of a two vehicle accident at North Washington and Union Streets. No injuries. Report taken.
Traffic pursuit involving a motorcycle on U.S. 522 North into Maryland. One male subject arrested for fleeing. Assisted by the Sheriff’s Department and the West Virginia State Police.
June 26
Traffic stop at North Washington and Union Streets for driving left of center results in the arrest of one adult female for DUI and driving revoked. Assisted by Sheriff’s Department and West Virginia State Police.
