June 20
Minor two vehicle crash at 7-Eleven, drivers exchanged information. NRN.
Complaint of verbal domestic disturbance taken at Sheriff’s Office. Subject advised of her options.
Report of physical domestic disturbance on Munson Lane, arrest of Michael Mills for domestic battery.
June 21
Report of verbal domestic disturbance on Devil’s Nose Jeep Trail, parties separated.
Assisted WVSP with vehicle crash on Cherry Run Road.
June 22
Assisted Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office with transport to Woodmont Road.
Complaint of intoxicated subject at Berkeley Springs Motel, subject transported home.
Report of injured deer on Martinsburg Road, deer put down.
Two juveniles cited and released for possession of controlled substance less than 15 grams.
Report of stolen camper taken at Sheriff’s Office, determined to be a civil matter.
Complaint of shots fired on Goller Hill Lane, subjects advised of options.
June 23
Report of destruction of property taken on Orleans Road.
Arrest of Thomass Murphey for probation violation.
Assisted Town of Bath officers with a fight at State Park.
Complaint of a runaway juvenile. Juvenile located.
Arrest of Dustin Shapiro for DUI-1st offense.
Sexual abuse complaint taken at Sheriff’s Office.
June 24
Single vehicle crash involving a bicyclist. One fatality.
June 25
Report of a deer struck on Highland Ridge Road, deer put down.
Assisted WVSP with vehicle stuck in the mud on River Road.
Assisted Town of Bath officer with a pursuit of two motorcycles on Rt. 522 North.
Telephone harassment complaint taken at Sheriff’s Office.
June 26

Arrest of Justin Wells for DUI under 21.
