Disclosure returns for show in Berkeley Springs
Disclosure will be performing at the Best Western Conference Room in Berkeley Springs this Friday, June 25, at 8 p.m.
Inspired by a huge collection of Punk Rock, Rock n’ Roll and Ska music, Disclosure members say they are working for honest intentions, not to satisfy their own egos. They are dedicated to writing, recording and performing honest music without commercial intentions.
“We write songs that help us clear our thoughts and minds,” said lead singer/guitarist Keith Stewart, from the Pleasant View area. “We never go into the writing process trying to write music with mass appeal.”
Bass player Shawn Hornbaker and drummer backup vocalist Michael Roach are from Berkeley Springs.
The show will be an all ages event with a cover charge.
This will be Disclosure’s first show in Berkeley Springs in over a year. They have now performed more than 75 shows in seven states. They are about to embark on an East Coast Summer Tour, July through August.
In the past three years, Disclosure has released three albums — Born Too Late (2009), Generation In Crisis (2008) and Going Nowhere (2006).
