Town of Bath Police Report
Town of Bath Chief C.A. Pearrell reported these recent calls:
June 14
On scene at Sheetz and witnessed a fight starting between two males. Noticed the smell of alcohol and told both subjects to stay. One fled the area on foot and was pursued and arrested.
June 16
Vehicle lockout at Roy’s Service Center.
Responded to a report of a fight at 292 North Washington Street. Subjects advised of options. Assisted by the Sheriff’s Department.
Assisted the Sheriff’s Department with a domestic at 9215 Winchester Grade Road.
June 17
Responded to a report of a hit and run at CNB Bank, Inc. parking lot. Report taken.
Responded to a report of domestic violence at the court-house. Arrived at scene but no one present.
June 18
Responded to a report of an intoxicated person at the State Park. Male subject transported to Berkeley Springs Motel. Assisted by the Sheriff’s Department.
Responded to a report of a possible drug transaction at Congress and North Washington Streets. Assisted by the Sheriff’s Department.
Stopped a male subject who was trying to hitch a ride. Advised him of the West Virginia law against hitch hiking.
