Recent sentences by Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:

Anthony Scott MacCumbee, Jr., 25, of Winchester Grade Road, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to six months & a day in jail for obstructing an officer and intimidating a witness. He must also pay $379 in court fees.

Kimberlie Ann Schrider, 20, of Sleepy View Lane, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay $594 fine & fees for obstructing an officer, possession of heroin and driving while her license was revoked for DUI.

Rikki Melissa Smith, 31, of Grace Street, Winchester, was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail and placed on a year’s probation for possession of a controlled substance. She must also pay $190 fees.

Gary Wayne Parker, Jr., 36, of Meadow Bridge was given a suspended sentence of 60 days in jail and placed on a year’s probation for telephone harassment. He must also pay $190 fees.

Tommy Dale Britt, 50, of Sir Johns Run Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $175 fine & fees for public intoxication.

Michael Robert Montgomery, 58, of The Alameda, Baltimore, was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail and placed on a year’s probation for stalking. He must also pay $190 court fees.

Alexia Marie Paleologos, 20, of Washington, D.C. was ordered to pay $340 fine & fees for underage drinking.

Kenneth E. Miller of Great Cacapon was ordered to pay $280 restitution and fees for a worthless check.

Pamela Bass of Berryville Circle, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $215 fine & fees for failure to send a child to school.
