Warm Springs Baptist Church dedicates new campus
With a week-long celebration the membership and friends of the Warm Springs Baptist Church recently dedicated their new campus which will house the ministries of the nine and one half year old church fellowship.
The 10,000 square foot facility is situated on eight acres in the midst of rolling green hills and mountain views and is four and one half miles out on Pious Ridge Road.
The fully designed building is handicapped accessible and contains a sanctuary, multiple classrooms and activity rooms, a kitchen and fellowship hall.
The ministry was started in 2001 and is dedicated to the furtherance of the message and ministry of Jesus Christ.
“The church is for the community so the doors are open to anyone who wishes to come and benefit from the fellowship. We are not seeking to proselytize people from other churches, but are trying to reach the many ‘unchurched’ people in our area,” said Jim Brady, Pastor.
Sunday morning Bible study begins at 9:45 a.m. and the Sunday morning worship hour begins at 11 a.m. There is a Sunday evening worship service which begins at 6:30 p.m. and a Wednesday evening Bible study which begins at 7 p.m. There are monthly youth activities as well.
The ministry offers classes for everyone from nursery-age children to senior citizens and runs buses for those who do not have their own transportation or simply wish to send their children.
The church office can be reached by calling 304-258-0311.
