April 11
Disorderly subject at Dollar Store, advised.
Trespass complaint on Waugh Road.
Report of shots fired at Mawani Village Lane, unfounded.
Assisted WVSP with domestic disturbance at Dollar General Store in Paw Paw.

April 12
Report of missing child on Cacapon Road, child found.
Transport of William D. Dixon from Alleghany County to Magistrate Court.
Assisted WVSP with Physical domestic disturbance on Ruppenthal Road.
Welfare check on Apple Orchard Circle, all secure.
Arrest of Dan Hatmaker, Jr., for DUI-2nd offense.

April 13
Report of a suspicious person on Whisner Avenue, all secure.
Attempt to locate suspicious vehicle on Pious Ridge Road, unable to locate.
Report of phone harassment taken at Sheriff’s Office.
Assisted WVSP with verbal domestic disturbance at Food Lion. Advised both parties.
Destruction of property complaint taken on Martinsburg Road.
Report of illegal burn on Virginia Line Road, subject advised of burn ban, Fire Dept., notified.
Illegal burn on Messner Road, subject advised of laws, fire extinguished.

April 14
Injured deer on Spriggs Road, deer put down.
Search warrant executed on Harden Drive.
VIN verification on Ruppenthal Road.
Report of a burglary in progress on Detour Road, all secure, trespass complaint with subject’s GOA.

April 15
Grand larceny report taken on Pious Ridge Road.
Two vehicle accident on Rt. 522 North, property damage only.
Credit card complaint taken at Sheriff’s Office.
Stalking complaint taken at Sheriff’s Office.
Arrest of John Stull for DUI, possession of marijuana.
Arrest of Donna Roach for revocation of bond.

April 16
Arrest of Kenneth F. Tritapoe for DUI-3rd offense.
Residential burglar alarm on Whisner Avenue, all secure.
Arrest of Michael Montgomery for stalking.
Report of petit larceny taken on James Street.
Report of suspicious vehicle in Great Cacapon, unfounded.

April 17
Arrest of Benjamin Timberlake for DUI.
