John D. Litaker, 42, of Squirrel Drive, Hedgesville, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $489 in fines & court fees for driving while his license was revoked for DUI and speeding.

Jeremiah James Jenkins, 22, of Sheppard Lane, Berkeley Springs, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $190 fees for possession of a small quantity of marijuana.

Michael Lee Roe, Jr., 35, of Harrison Avenue, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $290 fine & fees for registration violations.
