Travis Richard Thompson, 31, of Wilson Court, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to four jail terms of one year each and was ordered to pay $667 court costs for three counts of marijuana possession and one count of larceny. All but six months and one day of the jail terms were suspended.

Brian K. Golden, 39, of Retreat Lane, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and placed on a year's probation for giving false information to obtain unemployment benefits. He must also pay a fine & costs of $261, as well as restitution of $3,068.
