Charles S. Reed

1913-2007

Charles Stanley Reed, 94, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Sunday, November 18, 2007 at Winchester Medical Center.

Mr. Reed was born July 15, 1913 in Lincoln, Va., to the late Charles Frank and Edna Mae Colbert Reed.

Stanley was preceded in death by his first wife, Geneva Harding Reed in 1971 and by his brother Milton and his sisters, Mae and Ruth.

He is survived by his wife, Dulcie Clark Reed. He is also survived by two daughters, Victoria Reed Collius and her husband, Michael of Richmond, Va. and Sally Reed Rich and her husband, Clayton Michael of Leesburg, Va.; one stepdaughter, Janice Swartz and her husband George of Leesburg, Va.; five grandchildren; two step grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2007 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 7:45 p.m. at Berkeley Springs Presbyterian Church.
