Zellene Kirk

1935-2007

Zellene Kirk, 72, of Elkhart, Ind., died Friday, October 5, 2007, in Elkhart General Hospital.

She was born June 6, 1935, in Martinsburg, to Wilbur and Eva Bennett Marston.

She lived near the Virginia, West Virginia line and had kept in contact with Morgan County.

On April 19, 1957, she married Rhea J. Kirk who survives, along with two daughters, Kerry Wilson, Stevensville, Mich., and Jennifer Lanham, El Paso, Texas; one son, Anthony Kirk, Orlando, Fla.; five grandchildren; and one sister, Jeannine DeMoss, Kearnysville.

She was preceded in death by one son, Douglas.

Funeral services were Tuesday, October 9 at Calvary Assembly of God, Elkhart. Pastor Jim Williams officiated. Burial was in Frame Cemetery, Elkhart.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God.

She also volunteered for Meals on Wheels.

Memorials may be given to Calvary Assembly of God.

Billings Funeral Home, Elkhart, handled the arrangements.
