Recent sentences by Magistrate Greg Miller:

Raymond W. Hogbin, 62, of Johnsons Mill Road, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to 11 days in jail and ordered to pay $529 fine & costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages. Ten days of the jail time were suspended and he was placed on six months probation.

John Gilbert Sindelar, 57, of Pittsfield Court, Potomac, Md. was sentenced to 11 days in jail and ordered to pay $510 fine & costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages. Ten days of the jail time were suspended and he was placed on six months probation.

Recent sentences by Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:

Christopher S. Moore, 20, of Martinsburg was sentenced to six months & a day in jail and ordered to pay $186 court costs for conducting a fraudulent scheme.

Anthony Alfred Britti III, 30, of Maryland Avenue, Hagerstown, was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay $186 costs for obstructing an officer. All but 30 days of the jail time were suspended and then he will be on a year's probation.

Virginia Tattrie, 41, of Rankin Circle, Martinsburg, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $161 court costs for possession of a controlled substance.
