Jody Wayne Palmer, 36, of Grason Lane, Hancock, was ordered to pay $50 fine & costs and placed on six months probation for possession less than 15 grams.
Jan Michael Sauter, 21, of Ashton Drive, Falling Waters, was ordered to pay $107 fine & costs and placed on six months probation for possession less than 15 grams and expired registration.
Perry Sites, 21, of Tabor Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $514 fine & costs and placed on six months probation for possession less than 15 grams, stop sign violation and no proof of insurance.
